Terms and Conditions
Every Custom PC from PowerGPU comes with a 1 year labor warranty. All components come with a manufacturer’s warranty. PowerGPU’s warranty covers labor costs, and tech support. The client will be responsible for the cost of shipping the PC, or parts to and from PowerGPU if a defect is present. To submit a warranty request, visit the Technical Support page. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that includes, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
PCs from PowerGPU can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The PC must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.
Clients can cancel their order at any time before their PC is shipped. Clients will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.
PowerGPU’s warranty does not cover software of any kind. The warranty is void if bios settings are changed, any overclocking is done, ownership of the PC is transferred, or the client fails to follow instructions from technical support. PowerGPU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages. PowerGPU’s obligations under this Warranty, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund for a PC that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Warranty Period.
